A year has passed and that means it's time for our Halloween Spooktacular! This year Sam is DMing a one-shot mission that takes us to the tiny town of San Juan, Arizona. The townsfolk have been complaining that a dangerous invisible creature has taken up refuge in their prized distillery, and only a crack team of OMEN agents can possibly save the day!

Martin, Thad and Millard travel to the Magical Black Market and meet the Goblin in charge of the Egyptian Portal. They have to fix the Sistrum of Osiris and only someone with phenomenal cosmic powers has the skills to do it. Unfortunately, the team will have to answer a tricky riddle to meet them...

Annabelle St John and Doctor Robert Smedley hatch a plan to stop the Vampire Empress from getting across the River Nile - but in order to pull it off they're going to need some technological help... luckily there's something in the museum's storage that will do exactly what they need. Smedley gets carsick, Annabelle makes bubbles and the Vampire Empress continues to wreak havoc on the poor denizens of the city.

Peyton Steele, Rose Gibsonton and Koala Jackson prepare to defend the remains of the O.M.E.N. base from a swarm of bloodthirsty vampires. They have a small team of loyal agents at hand, armed with the finest weaponry... but they're not going to need it where they are going. Rose fires a man-cannon, Peyton's feline friends come to play and Koala commits unspeakable atrocities with his void crowbar.

The vampire swarm, laden with vast quantities of the Tears of Set descend upon Egypt and only G.A.M.M.A. Team Delta could possibly make the situation any worse. Thad discovers something troubling deep within himself, Millard makes some very calculated risk assessments and Rose brings things around full circle.

G.A.M.M.A. Team Delta attempt to sneak into the O.M.E.N. base that has been set up just outside of the city. It looks like they're preparing for something big to happen, it would be a real shame if something were to mess things up. Rose gathers some data, Millard uses the fire-hose and Thad builds up a hatred for those filthy Squarehead invaders.
